Ben Ibach as a child and young adult was a 3-sport athlete, excelling in football, basketball, and baseball & earning Varsity Letters for all three in high school. His love of sports continues as a proud father who enjoys watching his children participating in gymnastics, soccer, football, basketball and lacrosse.

He earned his B.S. in Health & Physical Education from Lock Haven University, while attending he was a prominent member of the football team receiving the honor of the “Un-Sung Hero Award” in 1999 from the LHU Football Organization.

Ben has over 17 years experience as a full-time Health & Physical Education teacher at both the elementary and middle school grade levels. During this time he has had extensive coaching experience with boys & girls at all age levels in football, basketball & baseball.

Currently he is the Offensive Coordinator for Delaware Valley Regional High School and the 7th g rade Girls Basketball Coach for Flemington-Raritan School District. He coached at Hunterdon Central Regional High School for 14 yrs working with the offense. After the school year ends, Ben spends his time working with boys & girls 2nd thru 8th grade as the Co-Coordinator for the Flemington Tigers Summer Basketball Camp. Coach Ben also just recently started his own Travel Lacrosse Team, GT Lacrosse.


Coach McPeek is entering his 18th season of coaching high school lacrosse. He spent the past 17 years coaching at North Hunterdon HS (NJ). Throughout those 17 years, he coached at all levels including 3 years as the head varsity coach. He spent many years working with the North Hunterdon feeder programs and also helped develop (and coach) the Green and Gold Summer Travel Team (youth and high school). When he is not coaching North Hunterdon, he volunteers with the Forks Township (PA) lacrosse program.

Coach McPeek played lacrosse at Hunterdon Central High School (NJ) and during his senior year, he earned 1st Team All-State honors and was named a High School All- American. He continued his lacrosse career at Stockton College where he was a four-year starter. He graduated from Stockton College in 2000 and finished his career with 130 goals and 137 assists. He still holds the school record for most career assists.


Rob Feltmann is an educator and coach with over 20 years of experience. Currently, he is the Assistant Principal of Student Services at Mt. Olive High School, in Mt. Olive, New Jersey. Coach Feltmann’s tenure in education ranges from teaching History and Special Education, to High School Counseling and Administration. His skills from the classroom are also applied on the athletic field throughout his multiple coaching experiences across high school and youth sports.

Over half of his coaching career has been spent coaching lacrosse, wrestling and football at the high school level; including state and district championship teams in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. In addition to his work with student athletes on the field, Coach Feltmann serves as the Mt. Olive School District representative/liaison to the NJSIAA (New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association) and the NCAA (National College Athletic Association). In this role, he is responsible for ensuring athletic eligibility for playing and college recruitment. Along with coaching GT Lacrosse, Coach Feltmann is also a volunteer coach for Forks Lacrosse, St. Jane’s Girls Soccer and Notre Dame Youth Wrestling. Coach Feltmann and his wife reside in Forks Township, Pennsylvania and are the proud parents of three children.


Coach Rob Carpenter’s lacrosse career began at Voorhees High School in Lebanon Twp, NJ.  A graduate of the class of 1991, he was a 3-year defensive starter.  He went on to Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut, class of 1995, where he was a 2-year starter playing defense and then shifted to Midfield to finish out his career.  Post collegiate, he continued to play the sport he loves with various club teams throughout NJ year-round for more than 20 years.

He began his coaching career back at home with Vorhees High School.  He was the Asst. Varsity coach and specialized in coaching defense and goalie.  He then coached at Morristown-Beard High School in Morristown, NJ again coaching defense and goalie and was the Asst. Varsity coach.  However, once his children began to pick up a stick, he knew where he wanted to coach.  

 He is currently the Coordinator for the Phillipsburg Area Girls Lacrosse Program in Greenwich Twp, NJ.  In the past 3 years as coordinator, he has built the program to a thriving organization sending multiple players to the next level.  He has also been a coach with the program for the past 5 years, coaching all teams/levels 3rd-8th grade.  He has also been coaching with the Phillipsburg Area Boys Lacrosse Program for the past 4 years.

Coach Rob is a US Lacrosse certified boy and girls coach. He is also CPR/AED trained.  He will continue to grow the game as much as he can.


Coach Fink played lacrosse for Easton Area High School graduating in 2005.  While there he was named Offensive MVP his junior year, voted as a captain and was named Team MVP his senior year.  Coach Fink continued his career as an attackman at Seton Hill University helping the team reach their first ever national ranking in the top 10 of NCAA Division II.  After graduating from college, he continued to play on post collegiate clubs in New York, New Jersey, and Philadelphia including playing in the American Lacrosse League for multiple teams.  He continues to play in competitive box and field leagues in the Philadelphia area throughout the year.

Coach Fink began his coaching career shortly after graduating college as a volunteer assistant at his alma mater, EAHS, eventually becoming an assistant at Easton Area Middle School in the 2018 season.  He then became the  head coach for the 2019 season and helped lead the team to an undefeated season both in league and tournaments on the way to winning the team’s first ever league championship.  Coach Fink continues to be the head coach of EAMS looking to give back to the game he loves and continuing the growth of the sport in the Lehigh Valley.


Alex is Senior starter at Academy of the New Church outside of Philadelphia and during his sophomore year held a scoring record (72 points).  He also is a 4 year varsity starter and during his Freshman & Junior year was named Under Armor Philly Team & Naptown All Tournament Team.  He is committed to play at West Point in the Fall. 


Coach Pat played for Easton Area High School and was a 3 year varsity starter and senior caption.  He was named a 2 time PVLL all star (1xLSM / 1xDef). He then coached the Easton Area middle school team during their inaugural season in 2001.  After graduating from Wilkes University where he was involved in restarting the club team, he returned to coaching the Easton Area Middle School team in 2006.  In 2019 he was an assistant coach for Easton Area Middle School’s undefeated season, and the programs first league title.
